My New Book: At Long Last: A Story of Love + Hope
I have a big announcement today... I've been working on a huge project since Daniel & I were engaged & after almost a year of writing & work, it's time to share it with you!! As you readers know, since I began blogging 4 years ago, my writing and blog was mostly focused on heart for waiting and praying for my future husband. When I met him, I shared bits & pieces of our blooming love story as it unfolded, hoping it would encourage young women to wait & to give God their love stories. He's led me to write our whole love story in a book that I am releasing on NOVEMBER 1!!!! 🎉 I'm thrilled to share it.... "At Long Last: A Story of Love + Hope." It is our love story, but so much more: it is the WHOLE story. The magical, romantic, wonderful dream come true part of it - all the precious details. But it is also the journeys we both walked BEFORE we met. The loneliness, the depression, the on-our-faces prayers, the confusion, the breakups, the disillusionment, the trust & worship when we couldn't see Him. And the redemption. The hope, the joy, the prayers answered specifically & faithfully before our eyes! Our story is beautiful & all due to God. It's a testimony we must share because it's His grace upon grace in our lives. It is nothing we have done & everything He has done. He's performed miracles & our love story is truly a testimony of how great, powerful, kind, mighty, gracious, & loving Jesus is. This book is the perfect encouragement for ladies (& men) who are in the waiting season or desire to entrust and surrender their love stories to God. But it's more than that. It's a waving, reminding flag of hope for anyone who dreams wildly, trusts big, & raises their arms to Him in belief for all He can do. "Surely this is our God; we trusted in Him, & He saved us. This is the Lord...let us rejoice & be glad in His salvation." (Is. 25:9)
