My Daily Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

A few days ago, I posted the apple cider vinegar drink I've been sipping daily on my Instagram Stories and some of you lovely ladies requested a recipe so I thought I'd jot it down here, in hopes of helping you out, so I'm passing it along! There are dozens of apple cider vinegar drink recipes and concoction on Pinterest, but this is just the mixture I personally like best -- credit goes to Candace Cameron Bure, I found it first in her book I tweak it a bit to my own liking! :)

There are so many health benefits of drinking all of these ingredients consistently (especially the apple cider vinegar, read more about it by researching a bit!) like lowering blood sugar levels, aiding in digestion and lowering cholesterol. I also happen to enjoy the taste! What do you think? Let me know what you think if you try it!
