On My Heart

Last week, we spent a few days at my favorite lake and I scribbled these things into my journal as I asked the Lord, “What do you have on your heart for my readers this season?” ♥️⁣ ⁣

♡ That thing that’s on your mind today... it’s on His, too. ⁣
♡ You’re not too old. You’re not behind. It’s not too late. ⁣
♡ I know it feels like the world can be prickly and people will hurt you. But don’t give up hope, don’t cave into aloneness, press in - in grace and forgiveness and overlooking the faults and loving despite.⁣
♡ The promises He’s made, He did not forget. Even when it looks like all hope is lost.⁣
♡ Give it a minute. Do not rush. Do not worry. Do not fear. “Strength! Courage! Don’t be timid; don’t get discouraged. God, your God, is with you every step you take.” (Joshua 1:9)⁣
♡ Take a moment to breathe in and out - and know: “I am held, I am safe, I am loved.”
